Jeremy Sandoval is an associate attorney with a background in estate planning, probate, and probate litigation. Prior to joining West Short & Howell, Jeremy worked at a boutique estate planning and probate law firm in Dallas providing traditional and sophisticated wealth planning strategies for his clients. After joining West Short & Howell, Jeremy brought his knowledge of estate planning and probate to the firm and continued to expand his practice throughout Georgetown and the Central Texas area, and at the same time, handle a wide array of civil ligation matters for the firm including landlord/tenant issues; creditor’s rights; commercial litigation issues; construction litigation; mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens rights; and other various property disputes. Being able to learn the litigation side of law has allowed Jeremy to counsel all of his clients and help them rationally think through all strengths and weaknesses in their cases and put them in the best spot possible to get the best outcome possible.
When Jeremy is not at work, he spends most of his time with his wife and two children enjoying the time they spend together whether that is a planned activity, traveling, or just spending quality time with them at home. Jeremy is also an avid sports enthusiast and loves to talk sports when he has the time.
